These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inlet Meadow Yard website, subscription products, and shop. By using any part of our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Inlet Meadow Yard provides a print and digital magazine subscription service and an online shop featuring handcrafted goods sourced from rural Japan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are offered on a quarterly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 14 days before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time via email to hello@inletmeadowyard.jp. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once it has commenced.

4. Shop Orders

All shop orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion and will issue a full refund in such cases. Returns of undamaged goods are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, design, and brand assets — is the property of Inlet Meadow Yard Co., Ltd. or its licensed contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, to transmit harmful or offensive content, or to interfere with the operation of our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inlet Meadow Yard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

9. Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We accept major credit cards and regional payment methods. Payment information is encrypted and we never store full payment details on our systems. You are responsible for keeping your payment information confidential.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Print products are warranted against manufacturing defects only.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. International orders are shipped via tracked mail. Delivery times are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

12. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that colours and descriptions are exact. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update or discontinue products. Prices are subject to change without notice.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inlet Meadow Yard regarding your use of our services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
